1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SelfTour app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using our services and delete the application from your device.
2. Disclaimer of AI Content
SelfTour utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate automated audio excursions, localized commentary, and historical facts. All content within the app is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, historical truth, or reliability of any information provided by the AI audio guide. The content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only.
3. User Safety and Limitation of Liability
- Awareness and Safety: When using the app’s “Guide Mode” with headphones or earbuds, you remain fully and solely responsible for your own safety. You must maintain full awareness of your physical surroundings, pedestrian traffic, vehicles, and strictly comply with local safety laws and regulations.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SelfTour, its founders, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, bodily harm, traffic accidents, lost or stolen personal property, or user dissatisfaction with the content resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the app.
4. Intellectual Property
All application designs, user interfaces, logos, software, text, graphics, branding elements, and AI-generated audio tracks are the exclusive intellectual property of SelfTour and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, distribute, or reuse our content without prior explicit written permission.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your user license, delete your account, or block your access to the application if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or used the service inappropriately.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the SelfTour app after any changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
